These terms apply to all contracts concluded via this platform between the provider and trainees, whether consumers or businesses.
2. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is online access to the certifying training “Hotelmanagement 4.0”: 21 modules in three parts, lesson content, embedded videos, module quizzes, three part examinations, Evaluation Records, a General Record and – upon fulfilment of the conditions in section 7 – the final certificate with a verification code. The training is self-paced and delivered exclusively online as digital content; no physical goods are supplied. The platform is available in seven languages.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the training on the landing page is not a binding offer. The contract is concluded as follows:
- You create a trainee account and select the monthly subscription or the one-time lifetime access.
- You may enter a promo code; the final price is displayed before payment.
- Before ordering you can review and correct all entries. By clicking the payment button you submit a binding offer.
- The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and access is activated. You receive a confirmation by e-mail.
The contract language is English. The contract text is stored by us; these terms can be viewed and printed at any time on this page.
4. Prices & payment
Monthly subscription
USD 20.00 / month
One-time lifetime access
USD 149.00 once
The prices shown at the time of ordering apply. They are final prices; where VAT is applicable it is included or shown separately during checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) by card or other offered methods. Monthly subscriptions are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Price changes for running subscriptions are announced at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before they take effect.
5. Term & cancellation
Monthly subscription: runs for one month and renews automatically by one month at a time. It can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, from your account or via the contact form. Learning progress and issued records remain stored after cancellation.
One-time purchase: grants unlimited access to the training for as long as the platform is operated, including content updates of the Hotelmanagement 4.0 programme.
The right of both parties to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Hyacinthe A. O. Hounkpatin, Negenbornstraße 18, 31167 Bockenem, Germany, e-mail [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performance after you have (1) expressly consented to us starting performance before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) received a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) BGB).

- Holding the General Record entitles you to apply for the final certificate, which is issued with a unique verification code.
- Failed examinations may be retaken after reviewing the modules; the best result is recorded.
The certificate is a private certificate of ProHotel Academy – Digit@ProEducation; it is not a state-recognised degree.

Use of the materials is governed by our Copyright & Copies Policy. Serious violations entitle us to block access and revoke certificates.
9. Availability & liability
We strive for high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance is carried out where possible at low-traffic times. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Statutory warranty rights for digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB) remain unaffected.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. See also our Impressum.
